Coverage Overview
RIOTORO-branded hardware products purchased in the U.S. may include a 90-day, 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, 4-year, or 5-year limited hardware warranty, depending on the product and documentation included with your order.
Warranty service options may include replacement parts, mail-in repair service, product dispatches, and onsite or in-home support where available.
What’s Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship in RIOTORO-branded hardware products and supported peripherals.
What’s Not Covered
Software, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, misuse, electrical issues, and normal wear and tear.
Support Options
Remote diagnostics, replacement parts, depot repairs, and authorized technician service.
Additional warranty terms, exclusions, and limitations may apply depending on your product, region, and usage.
Warranty Terms
This limited hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects in RIOTORO hardware products. Coverage does not extend to software, unauthorized service, improper installation, misuse, or third-party accessories not supplied by RIOTORO.
Commercial customers and resellers are subject to additional restrictions regarding third-party modifications and integrations. Consumer rights may vary by state, province, or country.
Certain components including NAND flash storage devices, batteries, monitors, and reconditioned parts may carry separate warranty durations and limitations.
Replacement products or components may be new or refurbished and remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty term.
Warranty support is generally available only within the country where the product was originally sold.

To the extent permitted by law, this limited hardware warranty replaces all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied.
RIOTORO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, downtime, or product unavailability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, therefore certain limitations may not apply to you.
Warranty transfers may be available subject to RIOTORO approval and verification requirements.
